Special Sessions have been announced.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must register to attend the meeting if you are presenting. Register online before 14 March to receive a discount on your registration fee.

Oral Presentation Info

Presenters can load their presentations from 7:30 – 8:15 or during breaks and lunch.  There will be a technician in each room to assist with loading.

A PC and a Mac laptop will be available in each room.  Presenters should bring their presentations on a PowerPoint slide.  If PowerPoint is not available to you, you can use a .PDF file.  PowerPoint is the preferred file format as it is easier to navigate during the session than a .PDF file. 

You should bring your presentation on a flash drive to load on the in-room laptops.  You can also bring it on a CD, but a flash drive is more efficient and is recommended.   

If you have any special AV requirements or audio clips that go along with your presentations, please e-mail meetings@seismosoc.org before 6 April so that we can make arrangements with the hotel.

Poster Presentation Info

The poster boards are 4 ft x 8 ft but the frames take up one inch on all sides, so your workable space is 3 ft 10 in high by 7 ft 10 in wide.
