2011 Annual Meeting
Information for Exhibitors
Exhibitors will be housed in the same room as the poster boards, breakfast, and coffee breaks. Booths are 8 x 10 and will be assigned on a first-come basis. Price of a booth is as follows:
- Corporate Members and Non-Profit organizations - $425
- Non-member for-profit organizations - $575
Exhibitor registration includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for 2 people. Exhibitors do not have access to oral sessions unless they have registered separately as a regular event attendee. If you would like to attend sessions, you may upgrade your pass(es) for an additional $150 per person. If you wish to register for the field trip which will take place on the day after the meeting (Saturday, April 16th) or to register a companion, please use the non-exhibitor registration form.
