Registration Refund Policy
Meeting registration fees are 100% refundable if the cancelation is received before April 1. Those received April 2-20 will receive an 80% refund. Those received April 21-25 will receive a 50% refund. Cancelations made after April 25 cannot be refunded.
Field Trip & Workshop Refund Policy
100% refund for cancellations made on or before April 1, 2014. Registration fees for the field trip and workshop are not refundable after April 1 UNLESS we find a person to fill your spot, in which case the fee is 100% refundable.
