Directory=alternates
This directory contains the output files from the simulations
that explore various alternative input parameters, to establish
uncertainty due to variability in directivity, strike, etc.
The files *.psa contain the average response spectra for each
case, where the details of the case are found in the corresponding
*.par file
EG. memphis1n2.psa is the response spectrum for memphis, scenario 1(M=8),
nonlinear soil, with simulation parameters as in memphis1n2.par.  For
this particular case, the radiation strength factor is 2.0 instead of the
best estimate value of 1.5.

The subdirectory tsalt contains the corresponding time series for
all cases (*.acc located in the tsalt subdirectory).
