Vstiff, underlying sandstone layer velocity; VD, VT, surficial soft-sediment depth-averaged and time-averaged shear-wave velocity. Relative frequency differences and their standard deviations for shear-wave time-averaged (ΔfT/fHV) and depth-averaged (ΔfD/fHV) velocities, Rayleigh-wave ellipticity (ΔfE/fHV), and SH transfer function (ΔfSH/fHV), with ΔfN = |fNfHV| and horizontal-to-vertical spectral ratio (HVSR) relative standard deviation (σHV/fHV). The last line of the table shows the average of the relative frequency differences.
