Shipping: Mailing within the US via media mail is free and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. All other shipping options incur shipping charges as follows:
All delivery addresses outside North America: BSSA & SRL $24 per copy
All delivery addresses in Canada & Mexico: BSSA & SRL $20 per copy
Priority shipping in US: BSSA & SRL $6 per copy
