Notes:

  1. Correlations between north and east uncertainties are generally near zero, so we have omitted them.
  2. Misfit: An asterisk means the station has a large misfit that we ascribe to ground failure. We have multiplied the original standard error by 10 (or in the case of LYTT we added 100 mm/yr to horizontal uncertainties and 200 mm/yr to vertical) in order to downweight these data in the inversion.
  3. Duration: 24 = at least one 24-hr session before and after; 4 = at least one 4-hr session before and after; 1 = at least two 30-min sessions before and after; C = continuous site.
