SRL Institutional Subscriptions

Seismological Research Letters (SRL) is published bimonthly by the Seismological Society of America. SRL is a unique journal: the first to serve as a general forum for informal communication among seismologists, as well as between seismologists and those nonspecialists interested in seismology and related disciplines. SRL includes articles on topics of broad seismological and earthquake engineering interest, opinion pieces on current seismological topics, news and notes about seismology and seismologists in the U.S. and internationally, earthquake reports, the Electronic Seismologist and EduQuakes columns, strong-motion network reports, equipment news, and letters to the editor. A section for the Eastern Section of the Seismological Society of America focuses on intracontinental and eastern North American seismology. Abstracts of papers to be presented at the Annual Meeting of the Seismological Society of America and at the annual meeting of the SSA Eastern Section also appear in SRL.

The 2009 subscription rate for North American institutions is $150*; for countries outside North America the rate is $160*. Subscription rates include normal shipping; for priority mail delivery please include an additional payment of $35 (outside the US) or $30 (inside US).

Subscribers to both SRL and our other publication, Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America (BSSA), are eligible for a combined discounted rate if both are ordered together. BSSA is available as either 1) electronic only or 2) print and electronic.  The rate for subscribers to both BSSA (print & electronic) and SRL is $690 (North America) and $710 (outside North America) if ordered together. The rate for BSSA (electronic only) and SRL is $665 (North America) or $675 (Outside North America).  Subscription rates include normal shipping; for priority mail delivery for both print journals please include an additional payment of $110.00 (outside the US) or $65 (inside the US). Prepayment is required. All prices are net to the Society. Please do not send cash.

Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars. All checks should be made payable to the Seismological Society of America. SSA accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express payments by mail or by fax. You must supply the account number, expiration date, and a dated authorization signature.

Claims policy: Claims for missing issues must be submitted to SSA within six months of the publication of the issue.
