Table S4. Summary of the statistics derived from the Central American intraslab dataset and ranking of the selected intraslab equations following the Scherbaum et al. (2004) scoring system. The results based on the normalised total (ZT), intra-event (ZA) and inter-event residuals (ZE) and associated likelihood values (LHT, LHA, LHE), are listed. The rankings for each interface equation are also presented in Table 4 of the paper.
