The bunker is linked to a nearby housing via a tube which is used for the cabling connections. -Type 5: bunker vault construction with a housing on top (mixed case between (c) and (d) type for STS-2 installation shown in Fig 7.55 in NMSOP (2012). -Type 6: not permanent installation with the seismometer placed on the ground floor of third party housing which is built usually on bedrock (Type 6a) or on weathered surface rock (Type 6b).
