Childcare at the Annual Meeting

Childcare will be available at the 2020 Annual Meeting in Albuquerque through KiddieCorp. KiddieCorp has been providing childcare programs to conventions, trade shows and special events for over 30 years.

The Annual Meeting dates are Monday, 27 April – Thursday, 30 April. Workshops and the Opening Reception are scheduled for Monday, 27 April. Childcare will be available Monday, 27 April – Thursday, 30 April from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be located at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, across the street from the Convention Center where the technical program will be held.

Children ages 6 months through 17 years old are eligible to attend the childcare program. Snacks and beverages will be provided; meals are to be supplied by parents, or will be available for purchase at the time of registration.

Partially subsidized by SSA, the cost per child is $14/hour. If parents are late picking up their child at the end of the day, there will be a late fee of $5 per child for every 5 minutes thereafter. Register early as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Online registration for childcare will open 2 January 2020 and close 25 March 2020.
