Electronic Supplement to
The Relationship between Ambient Vibration H/V and SH Transfer Function: Some Experimental Results

by El Hadi Oubaiche, Jean-Luc Chatelain, Mustapha Hellel, Marc Wathelet, Djamel Machane, Rabah Bensalem, and Abderrahmane Bouguern

This electronic supplement contains tables summarizing the drilling coordinates, compression-wave velocity, shear-wave velocity, and mass density from borehole data at the nine sites located about 10–25 km east of Algiers. The tables also show the results obtained from the borehole, downhole, and ambient vibration data, as well as the velocity contrasts and relative frequency differences summaries.

Tables

Table S1. Coordinates of the nine studied sites shown in Figure 1 in the main article (Universal Transverse Mercator projection).

Table S2. Compression-wave velocity, shear-wave velocity, and mass density for soft-soil layers and stiff soil obtained from the downhole and borehole data.

Table S3. Results obtained from the borehole, downhole, and ambient vibration data for the soft-sediment surficial layer.

Table S4. Velocity contrasts between the soft and stiff sediment layers with relative frequency differences in the soft-sediment layer.
