This electronic supplement contains tables of injection volumes for hydraulic fracturing and long-term injection wells in the northern Montney Play along with seismicity parameters from Progress Energy earthquake catalog as shown in Figure 3 of the main article, and a figure showing hydraulic fracturing and long-term injection wells in the northern Montney Play along with seismicity parameters from Progress Energy earthquake catalog for October to December 2014.
