Program Description

The Seismological Society of America (SSA) offers an SMS messaging program to
provide members, meeting registrants, and interested parties with timely information
including membership reminders, annual meeting announcements, submission deadlines,
society news, and other SSA-related updates. Message frequency may vary depending
on program activity.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SSA by providing your mobile phone
number through an SSA web form, event registration, or other authorized sign-up
method, and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions at the time of sign-up.

How to Opt Out / Cancel

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply
STOP to any SSA text message.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation
message and will be unsubscribed immediately. No further messages will be sent
unless you opt back in.

To re-subscribe, sign up again through an SSA opt-in form or reply
START if prompted.
