The SSA Fall topical conference promotes collaboration among scientists and advances research on topics across the spectrum of seismology and earthquake science. As SSA identifies future topics to feature, the community is invited to submit proposals for consideration.
The 2023 topical meeting will focus on physics-based ground motion modeling, and the 2024 meeting theme is photonic seismology. We are currently considering topics for 2025, and we invite input from the community.
Fall Topical Meetings are expected to attract at least 150 attendees.
