Under the general direction of the Field Operations Manager, the Senior Precision Electronics Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of a group of technicians in the installation, organization and maintenance of earthquake accelerometers and seismic recording equipment at ground response stations, in buildings, dams, and at other sites throughout the state, in support of the Earthquake Engineering Program (EEP) in the Department of Conservation’s California Geological Survey.
