Virtual Interviewing: Champion Yourself Through Storytelling
Interviewing is about demonstrating how your experience, skills and enthusiasm are aligned with the employer’s needs. To show decision makers that you can add value and move their agenda forward, you want to build verbal bridges. This takes place in the form of stories. In this webinar, we will discuss how to: leverage virtual platforms; craft and deliver stories before, during and after the interview; adjust different elements of a virtual experience (such as light and sound); and deliver an oral presentation—such as a job talk or a colloquium—using virtual methods to indicate your knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm.
