Information for Exhibitors
Exhibit booths will be housed in the same hall as the poster boards, breakfast, and coffee breaks. Booths are 8′ x 10′ and will be assigned on a first-come basis. Price of a booth is as follows:
- Exhibit Booth - Corporate Members and Non-Profit organizations - $500
- Exhibit Booth - Non-member for-profit organizations - $625
Booths include one six-foot table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and a name sign. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for 2 people.
- Academic Showcase Table - $190
Academic Showcase tables are available for academic institutions that would like to display at the SSA meeting. Tables will be close to, or in, the exhibit hall (depending on space). Registration covers one six-foot table, 1 chair, plus breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for 1 person.
All exhibitors will have access to complimentary wifi.
Exhibitor set up is Tuesday, April 16, 12 noon – 6 pm. Academic Showcase exhibitors may set up on Wednesday morning, April 17.
Exhibit hall hours will be 7 am – 6 pm each day (possibly later on Wednesday & Thursday). You are not required to be at your booth at all times during those hours. The room will be locked in the evenings, but there is no special security for this area during the time it is open.
Exhibit take down is Friday, April 19, 5 – 8 pm. Those who wish may take down anytime after noon on Friday as long as they do not block aisles or disrupt other exhibitors. Anyone needing motorized moving help, pallets, large containers from back rooms, etc. should plan to wait until 5 pm to take down their exhibit. The exhibit hall needs to remain uncluttered, quiet, and safe through the end of the conference.
Oral Sessions: Exhibitors do not have access to oral sessions unless they have registered separately as a regular event attendee. If you would like to attend the oral sessions, you may upgrade an exhibitor pass for an additional $160.
Field Trips & Companion Registration: If you wish to register for the field trip which will take place on the day after the meeting (Saturday, April 20th) or to register a companion, please use the non-exhibitor registration form. For more information email: firstname.lastname@example.org
A packet of information about ordering additional services (e.g. electricity, extra tables, etc.) will be emailed to all exhibitors after March 1.
