We monitor the local public health rules and those issued by the CDC and may adjust requirements for attendance before October 2022. Our priority remains the health and safety of all in attendance.

Travel Grants
SSA offers two travel grants to attend the tomography meeting. Student and early-career members are eligible to apply.
Deadline: 7 June at 5 p.m. Pacific
Abstract Presenters
The registration process is largely tied to the submission and acceptance of abstracts. The meeting attendance is limited, and priority will be given to those presenting an abstract. Once an abstract has been accepted by the co-chairs, the presenter will be emailed a special link to register for the meeting.

Non-Presenters
Individuals interested in attending but not presenting at the meeting may apply to attend through a registration application submitted to and approved by the co-chairs. Registration applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Once your registration has been approved, you will be emailed a special link to register for the meeting, which must be completed within two weeks of receiving the notification.
Once all meeting registration slots are filled, a waitlist will open for those who would like to join, but space will not be guaranteed.
Abstract Submitters: If your abstract is accepted, you do not need to fill out the registration form. The registration form is only for non-presenters who are interested in attending Tomography 2022. Once an abstract is accepted by the co-chairs, the presenters will be emailed a special link to register for the meeting.

Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled on or before 14 August will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations received after 15 August will not be refunded. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to abstracts@seismosoc.org.
Hotel Reservations
Attendees may make a room reservation using the link below or by calling in toll free at 1-888-627-8559 and stating that they are part of the Seismological Society of America Seismic Tomography event or simply quoting the group code ‘SEI’. The deadline to make reservations with the negotiated group rate is on 29 September 2022.
